What follows is an umbrella review of the NL6891/OPML project.
Pattern Description:
The back of the envelope says, "Misses' Seven Sizes in One." The pattern is also described as "easy" on the pattern envelope.
The pattern is for a pullover top designed for wovens. I would call the styling "modified peasant blouse" but rather than raglan sleeves, a sleeveless option is provided as well as set-in sleeves that vary in length from short flutter sleeves to long sleeves gathered at the wrist.
The armhole and neckline edges are finished with a reverse bias band. View E also has a wide reverse bias band at the hemline of the top.
Pattern Sizing:
Sizes 10-22, Misses, all in one envelope.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
You can make it look exactly like the envelope photo or you can create wildly divergent looks depending on small changes in the details.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes. I can't speak to the sleeve instructions, having never used them, but for the main top, yes. I think the banding on View E might be a little tricky but once I figured it out, I was surprised I had been so confused. (I address the issues with the banding in the reviews for the ladybug top and the dotted swiss/mood bead reviews.)
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I liked this pattern since the first version. I made it after I saw a top reviewed by jannw in a beautiful blue. The more I have used it, the more I have come to appreciate it.
Fabric Used:
For my four OPML entries, one was a cotton/poly blend eyelet (WalMart); one was a cotton lawn (GorgeousFabrics); and two were from an embroidered linen blend (JAF).
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I reduced the drop of the straps (shortened them) front and back; raised the neckline a bit more, and also raised the vee slit at the neckline a little. I lengthened the tie at the neck, too.
In two of the tops, I eliminated the vee and the front tie and simply finished the neckline with the bias strip. The strip's joining seam was aligned with the CB seam.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I wonder how many more times I will sew this top? Seriously, many, I am certain. I highly recommend it but I think most people find these New Look patterns to be large: there's extra ease in them and they seem to be expanded vertically, too (long armhole lengths, in this case, kind of like my experience with Kwik Sew patterns).
Conclusion:
The pattern offers lots of options with regards to sleeves, from sleeveless to wrist length, and a wide range of sizes. I think for best results it is critical to use a lightweight/drapey fabric.
I am glad I finally figured out how to fit this pattern to my shape because it has become a TNT for woven tops.
The OPML contest pushed me to see what I could do with this pattern. i still have other ideas, but I have run out of time!

Collage/Photobucket Information
I use photobucket.com as my photosharing site.
I created the collage at pixlr.com (no www, just http://pixlr.com) and chose the "Open Pixlr Express (Efficient)" link to create the photo.
Somehow Pixlr is affiliated with photobucket; as a matter of fact, pixlr is at the photobucket site, but I don't think you can access all of the features there. At least I couldn't see how.
I found the information at this url:
http://support.photobucket.com/entries/22118871-creating-a-collage-the-sneaky-way
which can be accessed using this clickable link.
Use the directions in conjunction with the features of pixlr.com to create the collage.
The directions at the link for the "sneaky way" were clear (enough).
Anyway, the collage was created; the image was saved to my picture folder at Windows; and then I uploaded the .jpg file to photobucket where I did the usual thing as far as importing it into reviews or emailing photos.
Hope this helps (at least someone).
