| Pattern Description: WILLOW PANT: Wonderful classic slim line woven pant featuring a side zip. This pant looks amazing worn with heels or worn casually with flats. Willow sits on the real waistline.
Willow has positive ease of 2cm or ¾ inch as it’s a tailored slim line pant.
Pattern Sizing: Single sizes 6 - 30
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Exactly!
Were the instructions easy to follow? They were simple until I got to the waistband. Style Arc, known for sparse instructions used a term I was unfamiliar with - Bag Out - . I had no idea what this meant and should have investigated the term with the pattern company. I had to redo the waistband sewing it on my own but it all worked out.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? The fit is spot on!
Fabric Used: cotton/acrylic brocade from Mood Fabrics
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I shortened the length.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Yes, Yes and Yes!
Conclusion: What a wonderful pants pattern. As I said in my blog, I've struck gold!
