I looked at the fleece at Joann's and it was thin and not very stretchy. Of the three swatches from Sewzanne's, one was super thin (I could easily see through it), one was medium thin (I almost went with that one-dusty blue) and the other was the red. The red fabric was a nice thickness and felt like what you would expect a sweatshirt would feel like.
