Pattern Description: Misses Tops for knits with neckline and sleeve variations. There is a dress variation as well.

Pattern Sizing:4-20

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes

Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes very easy

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I love all the different variations that comes with this pattern. The drape neckline as well as the twisted neckline are very different so you can make this pattern several times and it won't look like you are repeating the same outfit. There are also several sleeve and length variations. My only complaint is that the inside edge of the neckline isn't finished with the twisted version and if not folded right it can show. Since it is a knit it won't ravel, but next time I sew it I will try finishing it differently. Other reviewers of this pattern use the serger to sew the neckline thereby finishing the edge. I will try that next time around!

Fabric Used:Jeresy knit

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:The only thing I did was lengthen the dress by 3 inches. The pattern refers to View A as a mini-dress and I didn't want it to be mini. It now hits right above my daughter's knee. Also there is not a lot of extra ease through the hips in this pattern. If you need more room in the hip area, don't count on the fact that you are using knit fabric. I did have to go back and let the hips out.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Yes and yes.

Conclusion: This is a great knit pattern that goes together quickly. It has several variations that make it very useful. It is a narrow cut that reflects today's styling. There are more pictures at Pink Hollybush
