Pattern Description:
Misses' loose-fitting jacket, below hip length, has mandarin collar, front button or velcro closure, shaped hemline and side slits, optional patch pockets and cuffs.

Pattern Sizing:
Y(Xsm-Sml-Med); Z(Lrg-Xlg)
I made view D and cut size Sml (8-10)

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes, very much so.

Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes, very easy and clear.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I like the contrast collar, pocket bands and sleeve facings.
I like the dropped shoulders, the curved hem and the side slits.

Fabric Used:
Polar Fleece.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I did not do any alterations on pattern pieces because all seemed to fit correctly.
I omitted the shoulders pads. I did not really need them. It was optional anyway.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I like this jacket very much. However, I am no planning to make another one in the near futur.
This garment was simple, easy and quick to sew. It is very comfortable and true to size. I would recommend it to others.

Conclusion:
The jacket is unlined, but it is loose-fitted enough to be worn with a thick long sleeve turtleneck. I love it.

This is a beautiful color (love it with the contrast bands in black) and looks lovely on you. It's great when you can make something that you really love!

Very nice and practical. This is very similar to my go to coat...roomy enough to wear my heavy bulky sweaters under it. I live in the Northland so That is usually how I dress 3 months out of the year! Love your black cuffs. and big enough to get the mittens underneath the sleeve...another must. Thanks for your review!

Your coat shows this pattern to perfection unlike the pattern envelope which is blah. Love your colour too.
