Pattern Description: Misses dress in 4 different views.
Pattern Sizing: I used size 12 instead of my usual 14 because I wanted it to be a bit more fitted.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes, more or less.
Were the instructions easy to follow? I didn't look at the instructions. The pattern pieces looked straight forward enough.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? Easy and quick to make. Pullover no fuss styling with a slight A-line which makes it flattering for many body types.
Fabric Used: Medium weight cotton denim. I used the underside of the fabric to make the contrast for the top part of the dress.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: None except my usual short waist adjustment.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Yes I would recommend this pattern and will definitely sew it again in different combinations of fabrics for this summer.
Conclusion: Easy and quick to make dress. Pullover no fuss A-line style. Highly recommended!

lovenicky said... Thanks for your comment QuikSew! I have been sewing with my current pattern stash for a while. I didn't even check to see if New Look is selling this pattern anymore. But if you find it in the cheapy bin I highly recommend that you try it! 2/17/13 2:31 PM
BlueSkysAhead said... I like the fact that its an everyday dress. I can see how you can dress down or up. Nice fabric choice. 2/21/13 0:01 AM
