Pattern Description:
A 3 tiered shirt with sleeveless bodice. Bodice back has a twist across the shoulder blades, with the small of the back exposed.
Pattern Sizing:
18 months -8/9
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Almost exactly. The skirt runs very short and length will need to be added.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
The instructions were very well written.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
It's a PDF pattern, I prefer commercial patterns. I love the fact that there are no buttons or zippers & the dress slips over the head. I love the construction of this dress, it features a fully lined interior with no visible seam allowances.
Fabric Used:
Cotton.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
None, but will lengthen next time. For the size 8/9, I'll need to add 5+ inches
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Absolutely. I'm looking forward to making a 2t for my neice.
