| Pattern Description:
Misses' fitted and slightly flared dress, has V-neck, front midriff, gathers and back darts on bodice, back zipper closure with sleeve and hem variations.
I made dress E, with hem flounce and opened overarm flared sleeves.
Pattern Sizing:
DD (4-6-8-10); PP (12-14-16-18)
I used size 10 and 12.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes, but I did mine shorter.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I like the A-line skirt with the hem flounce.
I like the short two-piece flared sleeves with opening slits.
I also like the front midriff, the center front seam and gathers at front upper bodice.
Fabric Used:
Polyester Crepe.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I usually sew a 12, but I made this pattern in one size smaller (10). The side seams were a blend of 10 and 12.
I shortened the waist by 1" (Petite adjustment) and removed 11" in length from the skirt at hemline.
I also raised the V-neck by 3/4" and added back ties for a better fit.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I think I would sew it again. I like very much the style and I would recommend it to others.
Conclusion:
There are other nice versions available in the pattern enveloppe. The dress D with ruffles seems very interesting. I should give it a try.

Lovely dress, very nice fit. The addition of ties is smart! Those little sleeves are cute!
