Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
I have made a few changes to this pattern mainly to get it to look like the Cue Dress I wanted to copy for the Pattern Review competition. The dress is great and I made the version as per the original and posted that here. However, I really wanted a pleated skirt one that wasn't too tight so there is a big change to the skirt.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
I don't think I really looked at the instructions as I don't find them too helpful. After making about 4 of these dresses I have mapped out what is great about the pattern and what is missing.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I loved the top front neckline and different panels in the top and back of the dress. This is probably seen a bit better in my previous version. I liked that this pattern actually came with sleeves even though the dress was a sleeveless dress. The sleeves were also a perfect fit to the dress and not an afterthought.
Fabric Used:
Polyester Material plus a linen version. My previous dresses were in Cotton Sateen. Although just not that I made a size up in the linen and polyester because it had no stretch and wouldn't have fit me.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I might list these.
1. Changed the skirt to a pleated skirt.
2. Added pockets on either side of the skirt.
3. Added the sleeves (this is however in the pattern)
4. Added a front neck facing (which wasn't included in the pattern) for the dresses that aren't lined. I actually got the front neck and back facing from my Colette Macaron dress which pretty much fit perfectly. This just lined the neck inside a bit better.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I love this dress its my new favourite. Once I worked out the tweaks to suit my body type it is great. I am even considering making this dress all in one colour like the blue version for my bridesmaids dresses.
Conclusion:
Great pattern, may need some tweaks and modifications but a great start. Also I would probably recommend to confident sewers as the Burdastyle instructions are not that great to work out.

Thank you all for such lovely comments. It's funny I think everyone liked the printed version better hehe. Kinda good because the blue one was a bit tight :)
