Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? I think so
Were the instructions easy to follow?Yes, there was a user error but the instructions were fine.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I liked the clean lines of the jacket. I wanted something that didn't look as if it should be worn with the matching skirt. I will say that the finished version was shorter than what I wanted and I selected the longer version of the two. I don't usually have length issues with jackets, so I don't usually concern myself with measuring the length before I cut. Next time I will.
Fabric Used:Cotton suiting
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: Non
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?I might sew it again. As I pointed out in length on my Blog, this was taxing for reasons I cannot explain - LOL. But I honestly don't think the problems were with the pattern. It was definitely my mishaps.
Conclusion: It's a great blazer pattern and if you find unique fabrics, this would be a great pattern to use.
It looks great from the outside and you've put on those pretty buttons so wear it proudly!
