very pretty! Thanks for the tips on how to make it more accurate. And for the heads up on the arms - I had a butterick costume do this to me but, in my larger armed case, that resulted in near strangleation. Not so fun. :-p

I have read that if you have muscular arms, you may wish to cut sleeves on the bias. Until I figure out yardage allowance for bias sleeves, I will not attempt this pattern. Thanks for the heads-up.

Minya - good idea about sleeves on the bias. I also think that going down from a 16 to 12 (to fit my waist) has something to do with it. I have also made McCall 4492 which has no issues with tight sleeves. That dress is very generously proportioned (I'd recommend going down at least one size) but takes a shocking amount of fabric!!!
