Pattern Description:
Inspired by Project Runway. Misses' Dress sewing pattern with collar and sleeve variations.
Pattern Sizing:
12-20
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yep!
Were the instructions easy to follow?
The instructions are pretty straightforward and seems like a good pattern for a beginner
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Not a darn thing!
Fabric Used:
Midnight blue silk faille (I've also made this in an eggplant linen and a fuchsia/grape plaid silk dupioni)
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I fully lined this dress and added a belt made out of the same fabric. Otherwise, I left the design the same and have not had to do much to alter it
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes!!! Again and again and again!
Conclusion:
I love this pattern! The dresses I've made from it look great on my figure and there are bodice and sleeve options so that it won't all look like the same dress over ang over again.
