Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Not very much after I made changes.
Were the instructions easy to follow? Very easy
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? It's not as long as it could be, but I am 5'8" so I can understand that.
Fabric Used: A poly/cotton knit, flatlined with cotton to keep it from pulling too much.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I put in a zipper instead of the grommets and laces. made the sleeves like you see, more like cuffs than sleeves. Also made a V in the neck and laced it with gimp.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I love this pattern for medieval, though it runs a little large. measure carefully!
Conclusion: Went to a party as Merida from Pixar's "Brave" and got lots of interesting commets. Fun to wear! The chemise was made from a Simplicity pattern, and is a 18th century Chemise.

Great costume! Very "Merida" looking, especially with your red hair (though your hair behaves far better than hers ;)
