Yes, but didn't follow them very closely.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Love this pattern! Timeless style that looks great on lots of body types. Also nursing friendly!
Fabric Used:
4 way stretch rayon knit jersey
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I made the pattern into a top, made it sleeveless, took in the waist 1 inch on each side seam, and bound the neckline and the arholes with self-fabric.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes, I already have! This was my first attempt, as a wearable muslin, and it is very wearable, I love it. Great coverage in a wrap top, stays put, especially when using the bound seam (gave it a little extra shape).
Conclusion:
I plan to make more of these, I have wanted a great wrap pattern for so long. I very much covet a DVF silk jersey dress, and I have the perfect silk jersey to make my own version! |
