Pattern Description: Loose fitting, pullover tops w/variations.
Pattern Sizing: 4-26. I wear a RTW 16, so I made the L (16-18)
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Pretty much.
Were the instructions easy to follow? Extremely easy.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? This pattern has several options that I might like to sew in the future. And it can be made in a couple of hours.
Fabric Used: rayon purchased at one of the Dallas Fabric Warehouses -- maybe 9-10 years ago. I made a dress out of it, this was the left-over fabric.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: One of the other reviewers used lace at the neckline instead of the suggested bias tape, and I liked that idea. Rayon is so light it seemed to like this better.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Would recommend this to others -- KEEP IN MIND: This is a very loose top, it's not a T-shirt. My dress form, Lulu, is quite close to my size (except she is perkier, if you know what I mean), and I think you can clearly see the top is floaty and loose.
Conclusion: I loved the tiny pocket (which you can't see in the photo, but it is sweet), and the other options you can choose. Some of the versions are made with stretch or stable knits and I think these would look quite different. The other suggestions were crepe de chine type fabrics and lace.
