Pattern Description: Very easy Vogue shirt pattern with hem and collar variations.
Pattern Sizing:I made a size 16 with no alterations.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? More than any other pattern I've made.
Were the instructions easy to follow? Very easy, although the narrow sleeves were hard and I'm not sure I would do them again.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? It looks so good. I love the way it hangs and fits; doing the sleeves was hard because it's so tight and having a free arm didn't help that much, but I really like the way it looks now. Otherwise this is the easiest pattern I've ever used. I'm very tall with very long arms - I always have to add inches to the sleeves - but I decided to alter the cuffs here instead so I could try it as is, and it surprised me that it all fit perfectly. Maybe I'm shrinking!
Fabric Used: Well...flannel. I live in a very cold valley and I have a big need for warm clothes. I like making shirts and blouses and so I try them first with something that will be very warm. It wouldn't happen otherwise and right now, the flannel is crisp and hangs beautifully. I'll use silk or rayon next time. My IPAD isn't good with uploading photos but when I get that solved, I'll try to do it.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: None at all.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Absolutely. I'll do it again with the big soft collar, although I like the View I made a lot.
Conclusion: Restores my faith in Vogue after some major disasters.

Would love to see your garment. I've got this pattern but have never made it up. I am also long-limbed and find that Vogues usually are a good fit for me. Glad you are happy with your shirt.
