I made the skirt, with alterations.
Pattern Sizing: 4-12. I made a 4.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? No, but that's because I changed it to maxi length.
Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes, though if you've never put in a side-seam pocket, you may want to watch a video online just to get the idea of it.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I like the silhouette of the skirt and that it has pockets. It has directions for a lining, but I didn't use one for this particular skirt.
Fabric Used: Poly/spandex knit from Hart's Fabric.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: Lots! I made it in a maxi length, I did not use a lining, and I did not make an elastic casing waistband. See my blog for all the details.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Yes and yes!
Conclusion: I love this skirt with my alterations, and I think it would be just as lovable if it were made as the pattern suggests.
