Pattern Description:
Misses' & Miss petite dress in two lengths with sash, Project Runway Collection.
Pattern Sizing:
12-20
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I have made this twice now and both times I had to modify the bodice to fit me. I've thought about throwing the pattern out, but I do think it's a cute dress. But to fit myself, I had to alter it.
Fabric Used:
Marc Jacobs blue cotton ombre and also in a silk/cotton voile
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
Altering bodice to fit. Fully lined.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I don't think so. There are other cute patterns which I don't have to alter as much
Conclusion:
In the end, I do love my dresses and my fabric choices and always get compliments when I wear them
