Pattern Description: Misses' blouse with collar and sleeve variations. Pattern Sizing: I cut the 14 and it was two small. Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?No What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?I didn't like the sleeve opening. Fabric Used: Georgette is the closest thing to it, It was not polyester because it raveled when I touched it. Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I made plackets for my sleeveClick Here I widened and lengthen the tie. Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?Yes, but try on the pattern before you cut. Conclusion: For the first time in a long time I didn't try on my pattern or make a muslin. How hard could it be? When I tried the blouse on after attaching the 3 pieces, I was short about 4 inches to accommodate the girls. So I added a piece in the front thus eliminating the need for buttons. I really loved the fabric and could not discard this project. I have had it in my stash for a while, but could not figure out what I wanted to make until I saw this Dolce & Gabbana blouse at barneysClick Here for 895.00 so I had to think of something. The tie hides the additional piece. You would not know if I had not told you.
