Pattern Description: Lines, mid-knee length dresses have princess seams.
Pattern Sizing: I cut the 14 and graded out to a 16 on the hips.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes, I think so.
Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I like that it is a modern take on a classic suit dress.
Fabric Used: Stretch suiting I picked up for £2 from Fabricland.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I lengthened the fron bodice by 2" and I shortened the skirt slightly.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I am planning to sew this again in a differnt colour. As I don't have to wear formal wear to work daily, only for events and meetings, it's great to have this dress in my work wardrobe without having to spend so much money.
Conclusion: Yes! Yes! Yes  This pattern is a great Vogue pattern that is actually easy and is a great practise for hand sewing, and fitting a lined dress.
