Pattern Description:
Misses' loose-fitting pullover top, has neckline, sleeve and length variations.
I made view A, below hip top, with notched neckline, short sleeves and side vents.
Pattern Sizing:
DD (4-6-8-10); PP (12-14-16-18)
I cut and sewed in my usual size 12.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes, they were very clear and detailed.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I like the knotch boat neckline finished with a neck binding.
I like the kimono sleeves in short length.
I also like the side slits which allow the tunic to slip on quickly.
Fabric Used:
Poly Stable Knit.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
The deepness of the front neckline opening is less pronounced by 1/2".
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes, I might sew it again. The top can be sleeveless, short or long-sleeved, with or without shoulder opening slits. Many options of neckline: round, boat, scoop, with or without notch and cross over front...
I would recommend this pattern to others.
Conclusion:
This tunic was very easy to make: no fitting issues. It was also very simple and fast to sew: only four pieces.
Many looks and styles can be done using this pattern. I love it !
