Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? I think it did.
Were the instructions easy to follow? EXTREMELY! Everything was clearly instructed and illustrated.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? No dislikes at all and I really like how quickly these pants went together. I also liked how well they fit since I didn't make a muslin. However, I would have preferred them less fitted and more "slouchy" and would have known that if I had made a muslin!
Fabric Used: From my stash...a lightweight wool with some stretch and combined with a rayon gabardine also with some stretch. The two went together very well.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I made no alterations or changes to the pattern...it was shear luck and great drafting on McCalls part that made these pants fit me.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I would definitely make these again and plan to. I love the style with or without the color-blocking.
Conclusion: A great, quick and stylish sew! If you like this style, please give them a try. I have a couple more photos on my blog.

Danmar said... Nicely done! I am making these slacks now and found a problem with piece #5. It doesn't fit when attached to piece #4. I had to modify it. Did your pattern also have this problem? I can't figure out if it's me or the pattern! 3/12/13 11:13 PM

If there is anything I can do to assist you, let me know. Thanks ladies for your nice comments! 3/13/13 4:19 AM
