Pattern Description:
Liberty Jane Faraway Downs dress is a 3 tiered skirt with a dropped waist bodice. It has faux buttons in front and Velcro in back. It has ruffled sleeves and princess seams. LJC patterns are sold at www.Libertyjanepatterns.com. They are sold in PDF format.

Pattern Sizing:
18" dolls

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes

Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes. There are a lot of steps. It's not difficult to understand but definitely time consuming.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I wouldn't make these to sell if you have an etsy shop because of the time it takes to make. Unless you have a client base who is willing to pay for your labor. I'll make them as gifts and for my daughter.

Fabric Used:
I used a lightweight vintage cotton.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I had some ruffles already made from my fabric. I used them for the skirt tier and sleeve ruffles. I think it's close enough that you can't tell the difference.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes, & yes.
