Pattern Description:
Pullover dress has shoulder pads, semi-fitted bodice, bias skirt, back neck slit with button/thread loop, side snap/extension or zipper closing, cap sleeves, and belt
Pattern Sizing:
12-18
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Pretty much. I wish I could find that fabric in the sample photo though!
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Easy to follow instructions and well drafted
Fabric Used:
Stretch cotton broadcloth (also previously made in a cotton/flannel blend)
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
Added fabric to the bodice to make more blouson and omitted the breast pocket
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Probably not as it's not really a dress that I need more than one of.
Conclusion:
A very simple dress that is easy to construct and is flattering. I think it would look best in a patterned fabric.
