Pattern Description:
Skirt with side seam pockets and elasticized waistline.
Pattern Sizing:
Extra small to extra large
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Somewhat. My finished garment looks fuller than the pattern illustration.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes. Instructions and illustrations were clear.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
It's an old out-of-print pattern, so some of the garments are out of style, although others are classics.
I did like the fact that the construction was quick, and that the pattern included in-seam pockets. I also liked the pattern illustration of the skirt I made (view E).
Fabric Used:
Cotton jersey in a blue, green, black and white print.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I cut the skirt in a size extra large, planning to take in the seams from hip to waist to fit my shape. It worked, but I think a size large would have fit. The regular-length pattern produced a longer, almost maxi-length skirt on me. I purposely didn't shorten the pattern because I like long, flowing skirts for summer wear.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I might sew it again if making a cool summer skirt.
I wouldn't necessarily recommend this pattern to others because there are many newer, in-print patterns for similar garments. However, if you happen to find it at a bargain price on eBay or at a yard sale, it's worth trying.
Conclusion:
This pattern was satisfactory for the type of garment I wanted to make.

For some reason the correct pattern envelope illustration will not show up on the review.
