A wonderful job. I'm still dithering whether to do this one or the McCall one, now OOP. The only thing that worries me on this one is that the buttons appear a bit too close together, or is it an optical illusion. I have made the McCall one already using the off centre collar.

I think this has turned out to look very very professional. And looks great on you. I have learned from your review and others about how to approach this pattern. I have narrow shoulders so usually check the width of the pattern pieces there before cutting, but will take this as a certainty and also make the fit a little more fitted in the bodice. Since I will be making this out of a stiff rain coat materiel with a Gortex like backing, I will make it as an unbelted straight coat, not as a trench coat-(my waist line doesn't like belts anyway). But I also have been waiting for Vogue to come up with a coat pattern that has this yoke with the lines across the bust area. Well done
