|UPDATE: I just wanted to update my review to say that I wear this blouse ALL the time. It is perfect to throw on a cool summer night and is comfortable and stylish at the same time!|
Pullover tops have collar and front bands, self-lined yoke back, hem variations (wrong side shows A,B) and narrow hem
XS-M. I (think) I made a S.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes, it did. Particularly because I made the View B in Navy...which is basically what is show on the envelope.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes, the instructions were very straightforward and easy to follow.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I bought this pattern because I liked the loose, casual nature of the top. I thought it would be perfect for a summer boating shirt in linen as it would be breathable. The sleeves are interesting with the extra fabric pooled under the wrist opening, I'm not sure if I love it or not, but it gives the top a little something extra.
During the construction it was looking like an enormous shapeless bag which I almost didn't finish. I'm really happy that I did finish it though, it looks better now that it's completely finished.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
Didn't make any.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I rated the pattern as "Recommend, with Modifications" because I found the top to be quite large and I would suggest to others that they really consider their fabric selection. I see another reviewer using a much more lightweight fabric for the short-sleeve version which I really like. So that might give me the push to make the top again in a different view.
Lightweight and airy summer top. Casual, comfortable and easy to wear! Blog post here.
