Fabulous! Your use of the stripes in the fabric is an inspiration. Re: the sleeves, I know what you mean about making one's arms look chunky. Would they look better if you sewed a couple of inches of the split seam closed at both top and bottom? That was my first idea when I saw the pattern. Great job!

Yes 4 way knits are awesome! I prefer vertical stripes and now I know to look for 4 way striped knits.
