Hi ChristmasHills, the pants do sit at the waistline, although you can alter it to sit any way you'd like. There is a seam running down the front and back. You know, the pants are a little loose in the upper thighs, not so much at the hips. They are however comfortable and I think will be a hit for hot weather.

Very cute pants. The detail at the bottom is really nice.

Thanks for drawing my attention to these pants. they look intriguing. I like that funny little bit at the bottom of one view and the ties. The line drawing appears to show a seam down the front. Is that correct? They also look like they sit on the waist, Yes or no? And lastly they do look nicely loose around the hips, great for hot weather. Is this just the skinny model?
