I just nabbed this pattern today to make up for both of my little girls-than you for your review. From the drawings I expected a fuller skirt than just a standard A-line as well...thinking I may make up the bodice but then substitute a circle skirt, because both my girls are twirlers ;)

Thank you for providing such a detailed review. I'm glad you reminded me about how the PR patterns are split up. I have only sewn one and couldn't remember why I didn't like them. I bought this one on a whim because of the neckline options and the not so full skirt. I will need to read through and write down the options I want so that I can get the correct yardage when I go to the store. I love your dress. Go job on both the review and the dress.

Great Review!! And awesome job using the rolled hem foot!! I love presser feet but that one gets me so frustrated so don't use it! I sew alot for my GD and I too, have to combine sizes. One for fit and then go up 2 sizes for length. It's a cute dress you made!
