Wide leg pants for slim, average and curvy build
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes they were for the most part. Instruction for under stitching aren't as clear. The facing and the waistband instructions are written opposite. But the fit instructions make up for all this. The fit instructions are very helpful while making the pants.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I like the design of the pants. As much as the wide leg is the most appealing part of these pants, it is a little too wide. I had to increase the seam allowance to an inch and they are still wide.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
No alterations but increased the seam allowance for the pants to an inch.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes. have already started. would be reducing the flare a lot though and reducing the width of the waistband.
Recommend reading the instructions completely and throughly before starting.
