Easy. Misses' Dress And Belt: Loose-fitting, pullover dress has right shoulder pleats forming drape, and narrow herm. View B: Should tie. Views B & C: Self belt, right side opening for View C.
XSmall-Small-Medium. Also in sizes Large-XLarge and XXLarge. I made a size Small but probably could have gone down to an XSmall.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes, I think so.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes, very easy. I read through and went from there. No need to continue an affair with the instruction sheet unless you're unfamiliar with pleating.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
This pattern is pretty straight forward. The pattern runs rather big so you should pay close attention to the finished garment measurements printed on the pattern tissue. Though described as loose-fitting there is too much ease in this pattern.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
As mentioned above, the sizing was too loose for me. According to me body measurements, I should have made a Medium. The only Pattern Alteration was to increase the bodice length by one inch ( a usual adjustment for me).
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others
I will definitely make this again. I love this pattern.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this pattern for those looking for a quick/easy but stylish summer dress. I see many potentials with this pattern! It is great for a beginner and advanced sewers, as well. The silhouette is awesome and very figure flattering.
