Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?yes in style, no in fabric as mine was a bit stiffer
Were the instructions easy to follow?Super easy to follow
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?I like the different lengths offered in the pattern. I'm currently in a "long skirt" phase, but like that I can make shorter versions if the mood strikes me.
Fabric Used:funky batik quilting cotton bought a few years ago when my LQS was going out of business - it was originally intended for a dress, until I saw how stiff it was.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:The only change I made was to eliminate the drawstring. I first thought the tie was just decorative, so I ignored it completely, then discovered they actually intended it to be functional in addition to the elastic...to me that is overkill, so it got ignored completely.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?Definitely...already considering more stash to use for this one...lol. Would definitely recommend it to others because it works up quite fast (if you don't have household crises distracting you) and can go from cut to wearable in a matter of hours.
Conclusion: Super easy wardrobe building pattern. Great choices when it comes to the different lengths and design features (I don't particularly like pockets on my skirts, but you might), definitely one that I will personally be making again.
