Yes, the straps crisscross across the back and button on the waist band.

Do the straps cross in the back? It's clear that they do in view 2 and looks like they do in this apron. I like apron straps that cross - they don't fall off my shoulders. Great apron! Talesofawannabe may need a giant heart apron, but I'm afraid I need a cupcake... with blue frosting, since your trim pops it up so well.
