Pattern Description: This is a popular collection of patterns for knit tops, with sleeve and neck variations.(Best of 2012). They are particularly easy because they use bands instead of hemming.
Pattern Sizing: 0-16. I used 16 based on bust measurement.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes.
Were the instructions easy to follow? Very easy, helpful instructions.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? This is my 4 version of Renfrew but I have only made the V neck. In this version, I made the cowl (by far the easiest and most forgiving for beginners).
Fabric Used: A deep stash fleece fabric from Malden Mills. Easily 10 years old or older. I had already made a yoga pant from this for the June/July fabric stash reduction project.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I routinely addd 2 inches in torso.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Have and will.
Conclusion: There's a good reason this is popular--easy, adaptable and flattering.
