Dress or tunic with front slit and optional scalloped yoke. Long sleeved or sleeveless.
4-12. I really hate this, I'm between a 12 and 14 so I'm screwed.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I hated the yoke, it wouldn't go on straight or smooth no matter how many times I measured and repinned. I ended up chucking it. Maybe if there were markings to help guide it so that it would be straight, but I swear I made my own. I think this was some sort of alternate dimension/Matrix glitch.
Cotton poplin. HUGE mistake. Way too stiff for this garment. If I made this in the future, I would use a very stable, but still stretchy knit.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
Hacked off the bottom because there was all sorts of swayback going on and I was never going to wear it as a dress. Brought up the front slit considerably.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Everyone else looks amazing and gorgeous in their versions, but its not for me.
