Love the skirt and the fabric! It looks really nice on you - Burda seems to give such good results I suppose that's why I like them! I have two sewing buddies of my own - it seems kittys love sewing rooms for some reason!

I like your work on the inside! With the hem, have you tried lots of steam and a clapper (wooden block)? This might be enough to make it crisp. Good luck.
