Pattern Description: Close-fitting, pullover top has squared neckline, front drape, long sleeves with self or contrasting bands.
Pattern Sizing: I used the plus sizing.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes, with the exception that I did not add the sleeve bands and the sleeves were 3/4 length.
Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes, I found the instructions easy to follow.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I very much liked the drape and that it did not need a weight. I also liked how the front lining acted as a sort of seam finish for the side seams. A small dislike was that I added what I thought should be enough length to the sleeves so they would long enough without the band but they ended up 3/4. That may have been a miscaclulation on my part though.
Fabric Used: Polyester knit, I am pretty sure it was a type of jersey but have been out of sewing for a few years and the fabric was not purchased recently.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: The sleeves as mentioned above and I am tall so I lengthened the top as well.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I would definitely recommend it if you can find it or have it in your pattern stash as I had. It is comfortable and I love the look and had many compliments.
Conclusion: I will definitely be making this top again.
This is my first review but am looking forward to making more in the future.
