|Pattern Description: |
Halter style sundress with elastic thread shirring in the back.
Children's approximate size 10-12
Were the instructions easy to follow?
I had no instructions because I measured and traced an existing dress onto tissue paper and constructed it logically.
A smooth, cotton batik for quilting
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I got the dress finished and it gaped away from her body. I had to tweak the bodice by adding a narrow elastic through the casing that was formed by the topstitching.
Would you sew it again?
Yes--all my girls really love this style so I will definitely make more of these easy dresses for summer.
