The instructions were well written . What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I like the fit across the back and shoulders and the collar, the waist tie did not work with the firmness of the fabric and my shape so I changed the belt position to more of a wrap style Fabric Used:
I made it with a light stretch denim with a gold thread through it and lined it with navy blue taffeta [ because I had it in my stash for ages and wanted to get rid of it.] I have had this denim for ages and did not know what to do with it. The stash contest and this pattern seemed an ideal excuse Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I changed the belt position. Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I will definitely sew it again . I don't know how much wear I will get out of this garment but it was really worth the time to try out the pattern. Conclusion:
This pattern has a lot of scope for imaginative use and a very nice shape
