A clutch size wallet with a long thin strap Pattern Sizing:
small Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?The interior yes, but not the exterior cause I made changes.
Were the instructions easy to follow?Yes, like many accessory patterns, you have to take your time. A beginner could do this pattern.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
This wallet was perfect for me. I've made about 5 different wallets and never found the perfect one untill this one. Having read prior reviews, I knew to go very slowly when sewing the card holder bottom seam. Truly it is very thick, but my machine did it without sounding labored. I had to hand tack one side of the card holder because it didn't lay right, but that was an easy fix. I love the different pockets for receipts and cash plus a zipped pocket for coins. Fabric Used:Grey quilting cottons that won't show the dirt.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I needed a wallet that wouldn't let things fall out because sometimes I run into a store with just my wallet. I also wanted credit card holders. So I didn't include the strap or the large front flap. Making changes to the pattern wasn't too difficult. Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Oh Yes, I've been using this wallet for awhile now, and It's great!
