Pattern Description: Girl's shirt with pleats, front placket and yokes.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?Yep!
Were the instructions easy to follow?Very easy - I always find the Ottobre Design magazine instructions to be well written.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?Love the detailing on the shirt.
Fabric Used:Organic quilting cotton from Birch fabrics.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:Increased the sleeve and front/back length to accommodate a girl who is growing like it's going out of fashion!
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? This is the second version of this shirt I have made, so yes and yes! Lot's of people have remarked that it is 'very Country Road' - I'll take that as a compliment!
Conclusion: Great shirt for an active girl. You can read all about it (plus the sweet history of the buttons I used) on my blog, Jorth!
