12-20. I cut the size 14 and did an FBA for the top and cut a size 16 for the pants.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
No but only because I altered the bodice. Other than that, it did.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Easy enough but it's also an easy pattern.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I needed a pattern to be a starting point for a Serenity costume (Inara's Training House outfit) and this was in my stash and looked close enough.
Fabric Used: I've only made two muslins so far. The pants are a black poly lining and the bodice of the first muslin is a poly charmeuse and the second muslin bodice is cotton muslin. I have silk charmeuse for the final jumpsuit.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I altered the bodice and converted it to princess seams so it would look like the movie costume. I also did a forward shoulder adjustment and a 1" FBA.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Probably not unless I need another costume but now I have a princess seamed bodice that I can use for other projects.
