Pattern Description: Misses' Skirts and Petticoat

Pattern Sizing: sz 8

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes

Were the instructions easy to follow? Very Easy to follow

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I like the simplicity of the pattern, it as easily illustrated.

Fabric Used: I used a cotton African fabric

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I shortened the pattern like 2" bottom front and added it to the back.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I think i will sew it again. I got a lot of compliments wearing it.

Conclusion: I didn't add lining to the fabric so it was a little light. So when next I sew it I will be adding lining.

I enjoyed this. I wouldn’t have thought to use a block print with a curved hem. Surprise! It works. It also gives me some ideas about clothes to wear to the park. You can sit wherever you want without having to tote something around - built in protection from itchy grass and scratchy sand. Brilliant!
