Using clothes that fit well to help alter a pattern is something I just started doing and it's a really big help. Also, thanks for mentioning the darts at the back neckline to prevent gaping. It's an easy fix to alter the CB seam but when there is no CB seam, I guess this would be the technique to use. I am just now becoming mature enough at this sewing craft to better match fabric and pattern AND to match a garment to what I actually wear. Great, great top. I love the fabric and how well you've managed to get such a good fit. Thanks for the review.

Looks great! I appreciate your comment about making things that really don't fit your lifestyle. I have a tendency to do this because I like to try different styles in patterns. I must remember that my mother always said, "always put your money where the wear is." Thanks for reminding me.
