Thanks for reviewing one of the Khaliah Ali patterns. I think the fit of these is really good, and I'm glad that this one worked so well for you. The top might be Simplicity 5469, which has been reviewed several times at PR.

The fabric, and skirt, are very nice. Can you make a rolled hem over seams? I've been wanting to do that, but wasn't sure it would work.
