No, I don't find the seams rub at all. Melissa (Squirrellypoo) has worn leggings made from this pattern in marathons and they've been fine. You could definitely sew with the seams out if you wanted to, just make it a design feature!

These are awesome! I keep eyeing this pattern, but not knowing if I would actually wear leggings...but I never thought to make running tights from it! Do you find that the seams chafe? My first instinct would be to sew the seams facing out to avoid chafing.
