Misses’ dress by SUEDEsays has 3 looks in one pattern. Dress A, B with pleated bodice and V-neck has shaped empire seam and flared skirt; Flirty A in floor length has front slit and flounced sleeves; Edgy B has hi-low hem. Classic C has corset bodice and full length ballerina skirt.
I created the Classic C look.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes except for intended changes
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes, super easy!
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Personally if I never sew with organza again I will be perfectly content but oh well This is the first formal dress I have ever made. It was for my oldest daughter's senior prom in April of 2013.
Crepe back Satin - Red; Organza - White jeweled
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
Bust and hip pattern alterations and added some rhinestones to the bodice for a little spice!
Would you sew it again?
Yes I would sew it again.
Would you recommend it to others?
Yes, This is an easy pattern for beginners with basic pattern alteration knowledge.
This is a great formal dress pattern that can be completed fairly quickly.
