Is the trim just a ribbon? Can you add some vertical ribbon strips, maybe even some ruffles vertically to the bodice, ruffles of the print? With a row of 3 buttons down the middle? Possibly you would like it better with some embellishment on the bodice to detract from the block of pink. It is a cute dress.

I think it would be really cute with something added to the bodice. NEMDF had good ideas. You could also applique something, using the skirt fabric, to the bodice (all around). Maybe little hearts or flowers. Nice job--it's hard to match fabrics shopping online. Btdt!!!!!

thanneaKS - Great idea for an applique, maybe take one of the shapes from the print.
