Pattern Description: Self-lined, reversible, fitted top with sleeve variations. There is also a pant pattern included, but I'm just reviewing the Key Hole Top here. Pattern Sizing:
XS - XL. I made a size SM, based on the information in Christine's fabric guide sheet. Basically I sized down from the size measurements on the back of the pattern. Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes!
Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes, the diagrams in the instructions are very helpful. Because the top is reversible - the first time you make it please read the instructions carefully.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I like that it's reversible. As a XS-XL pattern, sometimes the fit on alpha sized items is not very good, but this fit perfectly!
Fabric Used:A cotton lycra print, lined with a solid cotton lycra.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I've made this top a couple of time. Instructions on how to make this into a dress are included in my blog -Click Here
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?Yes, I highly recommend this pattern.
Conclusion: This is an easy and unique top that can be made in an afternoon. It's fashionable and fun!
